Identified cumbersome processes, recommended legal amendments and digitalization reforms, and hosted public-private dialogues and stakeholder validation workshops.
Delivered major efficiency gains including duty draw-back reduced from 70 to 4 days and incentive letter processing from 4 days to 1 day.
